Jim Davis, owner/operator of Valentino's pizza in Rochester, has put a "For Sale" sign in the window.
Does that mean he is closing?
No. "If it doesn’t sell, I’ll still be here 10 years from now," he said.
Why does he want to sell?

"I’ve been in this business for 25 years and I'm getting tired of working seven days a week," he says. "I'm looking to do something else. The timing is probably good."
That said, if a buyer doesn't turn up, he'll keep making pizzas at 130 Elton Hills Drive.
Oh yeah, why did he drop selling beer on March 31?
"We weren't selling enough to make it (renewing the beer license) worthwhile."
There you have it.
