Adam Scott Everson, 20, of Wykoff, trespassed on a residence and led police on a vehicle and foot chase throughout Grand Meadow in Mower County. The pursuit ended when Everson ran into an apartment and tried to shut the door on a Mower County Deputy, who broke the door down and tackled Everson.
Both drivers were transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-St. Marys.
“He’s obviously been very successful as a farmer and he has a work ethic like no other,” said Justin Osborne, Gary Vogt's son-in-law and Four Daughters Winery's director of winery operations. “I’ve described many times Gary’s work ethic to other people saying he would shovel rocks all night long.”
Noah Arnold Foster, 22, of Wykoff, allegedly stabbed a co-worker because he thought the man was having an affair with his girlfriend.

In his last high school race, Hubka laid down a personal best time to collect his second consecutive all-state honor.
With no obstetric medical facilities or providers in the county, Fillmore County residents face cost, time and travel barriers when seeking maternity care. But area health systems and independent midwives are working to make that care more accessible to all.
