Richard and Marjorie Tulius were married on October 28 th, 1952 in Arcadia, WI.
They currently reside in Rochester and have a son, Scott Davis, a Lieutenant with the Rochester Police Department and a granddaughter Samantha Tulius, a nursing student at RCTC.
Marjorie’s siblings are Lavon, Becky, Jim, Butch, deceased: Marlene and Richards sister Gert.
