The bride is Assistant Director at the Carlson School of Management Undergraduate Program at the University of Minnesota. The groom is Director of Food & Beverage at Oak Ridge, a Dolce Conference Hotel.
Torsten and Brooke met while playing in a volleyball league. Torsten proposed to Brooke in the garden of the castle overlooking the Neckar River in Heidelberg, Germany. The couple is making their home in Maple Grove, MN.
