Boys tennis
• Mayo placed fifth at the eight-team Edina Invitational on Saturday. Mayo opened the tournament with a 5-2 loss to Blake, and followed with a pair 6-1 wins over Burnsville and Mounds View in the consolation bracket. Mayo's Thomas Nashand Colin Riekeboth went undefeated in the tournament at first and third singles, respectively.
