• Lilly Meister had a huge night, with 21 kills and 12 digs as John Marshall beat Owatonna 3-1. Chayse Paulson added 28 assists, 14 digs and six kills.

• Bailie Röschen had 11 kills and Hallie Roschen picked up 21 set assists as Red Wing topped Albert Lea 3-0.

HIAWATHA VALLEY LEAGUE

• Sacia Vanderpool and Sophia Gartner had 13 kill kills each Sally DeCook had 45 set assists and nine kills and Lauren Fjerstad collected 26 digs as Byron shaded Goodhue 3-1.

GOPHER CONFERENCE

• Hayfield’s Maryx Young had 13 kills, 14 assists and 23 digs, but Medford beat the Vikings 3-2.
