CHESTER — Deer hunters who want to take part in the annual cull hunt at Chester Woods Park have until 5 p.m. Sept. 21 to apply. The hunt is Nov. 17-25. Successful hunters must have a valid hunting license and at least one intensive harvest permit.
Applications can be obtained at the Olmsted County Public Works Department at 2122 Campus Drive SE, Suite 200, Rochester, online at co.olmsted.mn.us/pw/Pages/default.aspx, or by calling 507-328-7070. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified of the lottery results.
