ROSEMOUNT — Rochester Mayo built a three-goal first half lead, but couldn't hold on in a 9-6 loss at a muddy Rosemount High School field, on Saturday in a boys lacrosse game.
Joe Hagedorn and Kevin Gronseth led the Spartans with two goals each, while Adam Gibson and Mike Patterson each had one goal and one assist. Grant Flick made 10 saves for hte Spartans (1-2 overall).
Rosemount, which scored seven goals in a six-minute span in teh third quarter, improved to 4-0.
