Rochester Community and Technical College had an easy time against Riverland College, rolling to a 3-0 win in women's volleyball Wednesday.
RCTC won 27-25, 25-8, 25-21. Taylor Aakre had 11 kills, Lindsay Ayers 18 assists, Elaina Carpenter was 15-for-15 serving with three aces, and Claire Richards was 15-for-15 serving with an ace.
"We came out very flat in the first (game)," RCTC coach Ambert Zitzow said. "Our tough serving helped us get our momentum back."
