LE ROY -- Grand Meadow's ground game rumbled for 434 yards and the Superlarks defeated Le Roy-Ostrander 47-16 in nine-man football Friday night.
Both Zach Myhre (140 yards, eight carries) and Christophor Bain (134 yards, 13 carries) broke the 100-yard mark for G.M. Brenn Olson added 72.
The Larks ran the ball 51 times and threw it only six, for 72 yards. None of the three completions was for a TD as Grand Meadow rushed for seven touchdowns.
Bain accounted for four of the touchdowns (2, 3, 6 and 41 yards) and Myhre ran for two (8 and 56 yards). Olson went 3 yards for the other. G.M. made good on 6 of 7 PAT kicks.
The Cardinals' touchdowns were on a 3-yard run by Trey Hungerholt and a 55-yard gallop by Sean Lohuis.

L-O passed for 160 yards and ran for 63. Hungerholt completed 11 of 25 for 160 yards with no interceptions.
