Olstad has hand in 5 scores
PLAINVIEW — Senior quarterback Cole Olstad rushed for three touchdowns and passed for a pair to power the P-E-M Bulldogs past visiting Lewiston-Altura.
L-A took the early lead, converting a 40-yard driving following a P-E-M fumble in its own territory.
Olstad completed 10 of 19 passes for 211 yards and connected twice on scoring passes to Landon Flies, for 17 and 78 yards. Flies had seven catches for 179 yards.

The Bulldogs (5-1) rushed for 322 yards, led by Olstad with 131 on 18 carries. He scored on runs of 1, 1 and 9 yards. Garret Wolf (13-for-103) and Aaron Grobe (13-for-88) also had big games rushing.
PEM senior middle linebacker Daren Wingert was all over the field with 16 total tackles.
L-A (4-2) had 315 yards in offense, almost evenly divided between rushing and passing. Senior quarterback Clint Neumann completed 12 of 22 passes for 161 yards and three scores. Senior back Jay Peoples rushed for 70 yards on 18 carries and one touchdown.
