WABASHA — Cleveland built a 28-point halftime lead, then finished things off with a 40-0 win over Wabasha-Kellogg in the season opener for both teams.

Cleveland outgained the Falcons 312-122 in total offensive yards, getting 185 on the ground and 127 through the air.

The Clippers held Wabasha-Kellogg quarterback Adam Dunagan to 1-for-10 accuracy on passes and picked him off twice.

Terrik MIller was W-K’s leading rusher, gaining 63 yards on eight carries. He also caught one pass for 17 yards.
