MANKATO — Chloe Summerfield had a natural hat trick and had a hand in all five of Austin's goals as the Packers beat Mankato West 5-0.
Summefield assisted on Brandi Myers' goal 1:45 into the first, then scored four consecutive goals, including three in a span of 11:08 in the second period.
Haley Tigner had two assists for the Packers, while Myia Hoium and Myers had one each.
Austin outshot West 46-24. Mara Overby made 24 saves to earn the shutout victory.
The Packers play host to Owatonna at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
