BLOOMINGTON — Bloomington Jefferson broke open a tight game with three goals in the second half en route to a 4-0 win over Century in girls soccer on Tuesday.
Jefferson led 1-0 at the half before pulling away over the final 40 minutes.
"Right now we are playing to tight," Century coach Karen LaDue said. "(We are) almost trying to hard and things seemed forced. We need to go back to fundamentals and relax a little because we are capable of playing at a higher level."
