Rochester Lourdes got off to a rough start and had its four game unbeaten streak snapped Saturday, falling to Breck 3-1 in a non-conference girls soccer game at Rochester Regional Sports Stadium.

Breck scored twice in the first half, for all the goals it would need. The Mustangs received a goal from Sophie O'Bryan and one from Lauren Kozikowski in the first half. Their final goal was an own-goal put in the Eagles net by a Lourdes player.

"This was not our best performance today as we played a bit slowere than Breck and they beat us to the ball, which turned out to be the difference in the match," Lourdes coach Sarah Groven said.

The Eagles (3-2-1) had a better second half, with Madison Berg scoring her second goal in as many games, with an assist from Annabelle Paulik. Rebecca Freiburger made 10 saves.

"We played a better game in the second half," Groven said. "Carley Hickey and Annabelle Paulik were strong in midfield and defense."
