STEWARTVILLE — The Lyle/Austin Pacelli boys and girls track teams, along with Grand Meadow/LeRoy-Ostrander/Southland, competed in the Section One, Class A, Subsection 2 Meet on Thursday.
Kasson-Mantorville finished first in the girls meet and GMLOS was the runner-up with 171 team points. The Lyle/Pacelli Athletics finished with 16 team points.
Danielle Hanson from GMLOS won the 300 hurdles and also finished first in the long jump. Kelly Gray of GMLOS was also third in the long jump.
More points came in the field events for GMLOS. Kristina Stier was first in the discus, and Alax Oviatt of GMLOS finished third in this event.
• Stewartville won the sub-section boys title. GMLOS was fourth in the meet with 89 team points and Lyle/Pacelli finished with 34.5 points for the team tally.

Highlights included a first-place finish from Michael Gehling of GMLOS in the long jump. Colton Scherer of Lyle/Pacelli finished third in this event.
Michael Bergstrom of Lyle/Pacelli recorded a third-place finish in the discus. Jeff Schlichter of GMLOS was the runner-up in the triple jump.
