High school football | Goodhue 27, Kenyon-Wanamingo 7

GOODHUE — Jacob Pasch completed just four passes for Goodhue, but three of them went for touchdowns as the Wildcats knocked off Kenyon-Wanamingo 27-7. Wideout Sam McNamara had two catches, of 21 and 24 yards, and both went TDs.

Garett Huemann rushed 23 times for 143 yards and also forced two fumbles for Goodhue. The Wildcats had 360 yards of total offense, including 305 on the ground.

K-W struggled on offense throughout the game, totaling just 117 yards — and nearly half of those came on a 46-yard TD run by Luke Rechtzigel that tied the score in the second quarter.

Linebacker Casey Deneen had 11 tackles for Goodhue, and Calvin Peterson recovered two fumbles.
