Evan Oxentenko continued to show off his pitching skills on Wednesday as the Rochester Eagles beat Kasson-Mantorville 4-2 in American Legion baseball.
Oxentenko allowed just three hits as he pitched a complete game. He also struck out four and walked four.
"Evan had a good spring for us on (Eagles junior varsity) and has continued to throw well this summer," Eagles coach Troy Jurgenson said. "He has good command of his breaking ball and spots his fastball effectively."
Oxentenko also had one of the Eagles' five hits. Brady Kraling had a triple and drove in a pair of runs.
Devin Knudson pitched the distance for Kasson-Mantorville. Logan Laures had two hits for K-M.
The Eagles are 5-5 overall.
