Schaeffer Academy used a balanced offensive attack to pull away for an easy 69-36 victory against Alden-Conger on Monday in a non-conference boys basketball game.
Luke Kottom led the Lions with a double-double, scoring 20 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Nich Sanger added 15 points, including three 3-pointers, while Isaiah Lahr scored 12 points.
The Lions improved to 2-0 overall with the victory, while Alden-Conger is 0-1.
Schaeffer Academy plays host to Southeast Conference rival Mabel-Canton at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday.
