HUDSON, Wis. — The Rochester Ice Hawks finished their regular season on a down note Thursday night, getting ripped 7-1 by the Hudson Crusaders.
The score was 1-0 after one period and 3-0 after two.
Ludo Duncko scored the Hawks' lone goal, at 8:18 of the third period, assisted by Justin Dungey and Trey McMillen.
Rochester was outshot 38-21, giving up two power-play goals and going 0-for-5 on its own power plays.
Rainer Londino-Green was in goal all but 35 seconds for the Ice Hawks.

The game was postponed by weather on Jan. 7.
The teams are likely first-round playoff opponents next weekend. Rochester ends up 27-15-0-3 and in fifth place in the Minnesota Division of the Minnesota Junior Hockey League. Hudson is battling with the Northern Lights for third place.
