AUSTIN — The Austin Bruins picked up a 6-2 win over the Coulee Region Chill on Friday night, scoring twice in the first period and three times in the third at Riverside Arena in North American Hockey League action.
Justin Misiak scored three times for the Bruins and Jack Murphy scored twice.
Travis Kothenbeutel and AJ Drobot each had two assists.
The Chill lost despite outshooting the Bruins, 36-29. Coulee Region put 14 shots on Austin goalie Jake Kucharski in the first period and 15 in the second.
Austin plays at Coulee Region at 7 p.m. today.
