L-O hands L/P a conference loss

LEROY — Domination at the net gave the LeRoy-Ostrander Cardinals a three-game sweep over the Lyle/Austin Pacelli volleyball team on Tuesday night.

LeRoy-Ostrander (12-6) defeated Lyle/Pacelli by scores of 25-7, 25-9, 25-8 in the Southeast Conference match. L-O improved to a 7-1 record in the SEC, and the L/P Athletics fell to an 0-8 mark in conference play.

Kylie Grant led the offense for the Cardinals with eight kills on the night. Becca Bunne added six kills in the home win.

Lyle/Pacelli (2-18 overall) plays a home conference match against Mabel-Canton on Thursday night in Austin.
