Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Gus Bradley, a native of Zumbrota, has joined the team in London for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Bradley's father, Roy, passed away on Sunday at age 84. The coach took a later flight to join the team in London.
This is Gus Bradley's first year as the coach of the Jaguars. Jacksonville is 0-7 and still looking for its first win. Bradley spent the past three seasons as the defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks.
"I think in my heart my Dad will always live, and I try to please him each and every day and I think that's all we can do," Bradley said at a press conference in London. "I am proud of our team and I think I want (to win on Sunday) more for them than anything."
Players from both the 49ers and Jaguars got to tour London on Friday. The Jaguars will be seeing more of London in the future. This is the first of four games over four years at Wembley Stadium for the team.

Ownership of the Green Bay Bullfrogs has been transferred to the Northwoods League, league president Dick Radatz, Jr., announced. The league purchased the affiliate from Titletown Baseball Group, LLC, which had owned the team since its inception in 2007.
The league had a contractual option to purchase the team and the Northwoods League board of directors voted unanimously on Oct. 16 to exercise that right.
"We regard Green Bay as a great baseball area and an excellent fit for our league," Radatz said. "This is the first time we have exercised our contractual right to purchase an affiliate, and I believe it shows the long-term commitment the Northwoods League has to the operation of a successful team in Northeast Wisconsin.
"Our league model is to showcase elite college baseball players in a fan-friendly ballpark experience. We are excited to set a path that will make the Green Bay affiliate among the best in the Northwoods League, both on and off the field."
