Med City FC faces its toughest challenge yet this season tonight at Rochester Regional Stadium.

The Mayhem, who have four wins, no losses and one tie, take on Minneapolis City SC in a key National Premier Soccer League match.

Minneapolis City SC, which lost its first NPSL game in over a year on Saturday in falling to Duluth FC, is second to Med City FC in the North Conference standings.

Med City is 4-0-1, while Minneapolis City SC is 4-1-0. The teams meet at 7 p.m.

The Mayhem’s hot start has gained national attention, as they are ranked No. 6 out of nearly 100 NPSL teams.

• Med City FC has ridden blistering play by midfielder/forward Francisco Neto. Last week, Neto was named the NPSL’s National Player of the Week.

The Brazilian has already scored six goals and had five assists this season. The second-year Med City FC player is the franchise’s all-time leading scorer.

• Med City FC is coming off a 4-1 win over the Minnesota TwinStars on Saturday.
