Make sure your athletes are eligible to play with an up-to-date physical exam.
Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center is offering comprehensive, sport-specific evaluations for any athlete in grades 7 through 12. No appointment is necessary. The cost of the exam is $20 per athlete (cash or check only).
The physicals are available Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center, Level 3.
Mayo's team of experts will evaluate each athlete on previous injury history, if applicable, and will provide education for preventing further injury during the upcoming season.

• Physical medicine and rehabilitation physicians
• Physical therapists and athletic trainers
During this time, Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine Center is also offering complimentary demonstrations of its EXOS program with a nutrition discussion (during the first 30 minutes of each hour) and performance circuits (during the final 30 minutes of each hour).
To participate in a complimentary performance circuit demonstration, bring the completed waiver of liability to your sports physical and you will placed in a session.
