Rochester Lourdes Hall of Fame girls basketball coach Myron Glass will coach one final season for the Eagles, before retiring.
Lourdes Activities Director Marv Peters made the announcement this morning.
Glass has directed the Eagles for the last 30 years, winning eight state championships, with 16 state appearances. Glass also has 700 career wins, which is second in the state overall.
Glass will also be returning for his final season as Lourdes boys and girls cross country coach, as well as its student scheduler for the guidance department.
Staying one more year means Glass will be part of the transition to Lourdes' new high school, which opens early this summer with sports camps.
