Tori Peterson, a sophomore at Rochester Community and Technical College, has been named first team all-America for National Junior College Athletic Association Division III volleyball.
Peterson, a St. Catherine transfer who played high school volleyball at Fillmore Central, was Minnesota Southern Division player of the year and led the national champion Yellowjackets in kills, and was second in digs.
Teammate Jessica Foster, a sophomore setter from Hayfield, was honorable mention all-America.
