PLAINVIEW — The Southland Rebels baseball team suffered a tough 11-10 loss in extra innings Friday against Planiview-Elgin-Millville.
A 10th-inning single by Jack Ihrke with two outs and the bases loaded proved to be the winning run for the P-E-M Bulldogs. Sam Klaehn took the pitching loss in relief for the Rebels in the Three Rivers Conference game.
Tyler Kloeckner and Taylar Schwartz each had two hits for the Rebels. Lukas Anderson collected a total of three hits in the road loss.
