SPRING VALLEY — The Southland Rebels girls basketball team won its seventh straight game on Friday night.
With five players scoring in double figures, the Rebels used the balanced offensive attack to beat the Kingsland Knights 74-60 in the Three Rivers Conference game. The visiting Rebels built at 21-point lead at halftime.
Lindsey Bottema, Jana Schammel, Kelli Smith, Haley Kirkpatrick, and Megan Mullenbach all scored in double figures for the Rebels in the conference road win.
Southland (11-1 overall, 7-1 TRC) plays a conference road game against Chatfield on Tuesday night.
