Rochester FC drops physical game

The Rochester FC amateur soccer team fell to 0-3 with a rugged 3-2 loss to the Brooklyn Knights FC on Saturday.

BROOKLYN PARK — Rochester FC lost a physical battle with the Brooklyn Knights FC on Saturday night, falling 3-2 in the United Premier Soccer League match.

The match featured the Brooklyn Knights being issued at least 10 yellow cards and one red card.

“They were very aggressive and we could not match their aggressiveness,” Rochester FC player Midhat Mujic said. “We had to take four guys off the field due to injuries.”

The loss dropped Rochester FC to 0-3 overall.
