The Rochester area produced four boys first-team all-state soccer players this season, and three girls first-teamers.
In Class AA, John Marshall senior attacker Ayo Adebayo made the boys first team, and Mayo sophomore Kayley Josephs made the girls first team. Adebayo has led JM to its first state tournament appearance since 1986.
In Class A, boys first-teams were Lourdes seniors Nicolas Villarraga and Jordan Victoria. Villarraga is a goalie and Victoria a defender. They have helped Lourdes to its 13th state tournament in the last 18 years.
Also chosen to the first team was Kasson-Mantorville senior attacker Joe Pathoulas.
On the girls Class A first team are Kasson-Mantorville's Delaney Bartel and Jessica Kelley. Bartel is a senior midfielder and Kelley a junior defender.
