Erin Ziebarth pitched a two-hitter over five innings as Century rolled to a 12-0 victory over Red Wing in six innings Big Nine Conference softball on Tuesday.
Ziebarth struck out seven. Grace Henriksen added a perfect sixth inning as the two Century pitchers combined for the two-hit shutout.
Offensively, Century received 11 hits from seven different players. Rachel Fink was 3-for-3 and Lizzie Spenser went 2-for-2.
"We put a good number of balls in play today and ran the bases well," Century coach Chad Buchmann said.
