Mayo had no trouble with strugging Faribault, winning 78-44 in the Big Nine Conference game.
Michael Sharp poured in 20 points and hit four 3-pointers along the way for Mayo, which moved to 4-6 in the Big Nine, 4-7 overall. Faribault is 1-8, 1-8.
Isaiah Hanson had 19 points and five rebounds for Mayo and Makuei Riek had 17 points and five rebounds.
The Spartans, who had nine players score, led 46-23 at intermission.
