ST. PAUL — Unseeded Zumbrota-Mazeppa lost to No. 3 seed Minneota, 44-23, on Thursday in a quarterfinal match of the Minnesota State Class A Wrestling Tournament at Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
Z-M was then eliminated in the consolation round by Barnesville, 38-27.
Z-M was 20-10 heading into the tournament.
