Reyel Simmons pleaded guilty to impersonating a federal agent.
The two men died as a result of overdoses, "specifically cocaine intoxication," according to a news release from the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office.
Matthew Robert Shaver, 28, pleaded not guilty Friday, Jan. 21, 2022, in Olmsted County District Court to four counts of criminal vehicular homicide. Shaver also made a demand for a jury trial on the charges. A tentative June date has been scheduled.
The theft, reported by a Rochester-based construction company, is believed to have occurred sometime between noon on Jan. 19, 2022, and 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 20.

Tyler Stroud, 34, made his first appearance Tuesday morning in Dodge County District Court on charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, fifth-degree drug possession, being a felon in possession of ammunition and two counts of weapons possession.

Olmsted County Sheriff's Capt.
