It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Chadwick Scott Falk, our dear son, husband, brother, uncle and friend. Chad, 40, of Rochester, went peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Sept. 2, 2019, after a courageous four-year battle with cancer.
Chad, born on June 25, 1979, in Winnipeg, Canada, is survived by his wife, Kate, and their children, Ezra, 10, Sienna, 7, and Amari, 4. Throughout his battle, Chad showed the same resolve in his faith as he did on the baseball field. "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7)
