Floyd Routledge, age 89, of Rochester, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019, at Rochester Health Services East. Floyd was born Oct. 5, 1930, in Lansford Township, N.D., to Roy and Verdie (Wickline) Routledge. He married Sherry Wheeler on June 16, 1956, in Rochester. Floyd retired from Crenlo after 45 years as a production manager. He enjoyed cards, bowling, horses, and spending time outdoors.

Floyd is survived by his three daughters, Tammy (Bruce) Schulz of Elgin, Mary Routledge of Elgin, and Kalli Voll of Mazeppa; two grandchildren, Mandi (J.B.) Mathison of Eyota, and Julee (Daniel) Kingsley of Elgin; five great-grandchildren; and one brother, Merle Routledge.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry; parents; four brothers; four sisters; and his son-in-law, Jeff Voll.

The funeral service for Floyd will be held 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19 in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home with Rev. Lester Horntvedt officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens in Rochester.
