Temperatures continue to be on the cool side of seasonal but at least the morning temperatures aren’t as cool or frosty, which is better news for gardeners. Highs today will be in the mid-60s but it will feel pleasant in the sunshine and there won’t be much of a wind to contend with. Expect a few more clouds by the afternoon with a pop-up light shower or sprinkle late in the day, although most will stay dry. Southerly winds stick around at 5-10 mph today and tonight with lows falling into the mid-40s. Friday will start out with some sun but clouds develop by the afternoon again with a few scattered light showers possible and highs in the mid-60s. It won’t be a washout for the fishing opener but there will still be small chances for scattered showers sprinkled throughout the weekend with highs in the mid-upper 60s.
