John and Judy Zierdt of Rochester were married August 20, 1960, at Trinity Community Church in Minneapolis.
They met at the Congregational Church in Winona, MN, and went Christmas Caroling with the Bradford Club of Winona State College on December 12, 1957.
The couple's children are Jeff Zierdt, his wife Shelly, and their children Aaron and Abby; and Jonathan Zierdt, and wife Ginger.
John and Judy will celebrate their anniversary with an open house from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2010, at Christ United Methodist Church (400 5th Ave. S.W.) in Rochester. Jeff & Shelly Zierdt and Jonathan & Ginger Zierdt will be hosting.
